dwif and MANOVA have been successful business partners for years. Our common track record contains a number of different projects such as the nationwide guest survey called Germany Tourism Quality Monitor. The study’s online system is based on our BI tool WEBMARK.
Since 2014, dwif has been MANOVA’s exclusive partner for the distribution and development of our highly successful business intelligence system WEBMARK in Germany.
Luzern University
The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts serves as a higher education institution for the six cantons of central Switzerland. With over 5,800 students enrolled in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, almost 4,400 students attending continuing and executive education programs and 556 projects in research and development, it is the largest education institution in the heart of Switzerland.
The Tourism Industry Institute at the Lucerne School of Business focuses on research in tourism, mobility and sustainability, and links fundamental training in business economy and finance with management skills in tourism and personal mobility in its Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
This competence center for tourism imparts fundamental knowledge in areas such as destination management, sports tourism, health tourism as well as online marketing in tourism.
A mix of academics and directors from tourist organizations guarantees a holistic approach to general questions and practical tasks in the main working area of destination management. The Institute runs targeted and forward-looking projects to deal with these questions, and shows destinations how to manage, lead and develop more efficiently.
